Getting Started
Open the Amazon Appstore on your Fire TV, search for 'FireCast', and click Install. Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen setup instructions.
Make sure both your iPhone/iPad and Fire TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Also ensure that FireCast is running on your Fire TV. If issues persist, try restarting both devices.
No! FireCast transforms your Fire TV or Android TV into an AirPlay receiver, so you don't need an Apple TV. You can stream directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Streaming & Quality
FireCast supports streaming in HD (1080p) and 4K resolution, depending on your source device and TV capabilities. The app automatically adjusts quality based on your network conditions for optimal performance.
Stream quality depends on your Wi-Fi network strength. For best results, use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network, keep your router close to your devices, and minimize interference from other devices. You can also try lowering the streaming quality in settings.
Yes! FireCast supports audio-only streaming from music apps like Apple Music, Spotify, and more. Simply use the AirPlay icon in your music app to send audio to your Fire TV.
Subscription & Billing
FireCast offers three plans: Monthly ($2.99/month), Yearly ($17.99/year, save 50%), and Lifetime ($49.99 one-time payment). All plans include full access to all features.
Yes! All new users get a 7-day free trial to test FireCast with all features unlocked. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app store you purchased from (Amazon Appstore or Google Play). Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Technical Support
FireCast works with all Fire TV devices (Fire TV Stick 2nd Gen+, Fire TV Cube, Fire TV Edition TVs) and Android TV devices running Android TV 5.0 or later. It receives streams from iPhone (iOS 12+), iPad (iOS 12+), and Mac (macOS 10.14+).
Absolutely! All streaming happens directly on your local Wi-Fi network. Your content never leaves your home network and is not sent to any external servers, ensuring complete privacy and security.
While you can have FireCast installed on multiple Fire TVs, only one source device can actively stream to a single Fire TV at a time. However, you can stream from different devices to different Fire TVs simultaneously.
This usually means there's a network issue. Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, check that your router's AP isolation is disabled, and verify that no firewall is blocking the connection. Restarting your router and devices often resolves this.
